Terms of use
These are the rules between LinkiTrade and the people who buy or sell links through it. Using the site means you accept them.
What the service is
LinkiTrade is a marketplace where advertisers buy placements, meaning editorial articles and link insertions, on sites run by publishers. Content for a placement is produced in one of three ways: automatically from your URL and keyword, from your instructions, or from an article you supply.
Money
You pay from a balance that you top up in the dashboard. Prices are shown per placement before you pay, and nothing is charged until you confirm the basket.
Invoices and proforma invoices are available from your account. Publishers are paid out weekly for approved, live placements.
What we promise, and what we do not
We aim to publish most placements within about 24 hours of payment. Placements are intended to be permanent dofollow links.
We make no promise about rankings, traffic or revenue. Search engines set their own rules. Their spam policies may treat paid links as link spam, so you decide whether to buy, and you carry that risk.
If something goes wrong
If a placement is not delivered, or is removed without your fault, raise it through the account page and we will look at the order. We judge each case on its facts, and we do not promise a particular outcome.
We are not liable for indirect loss such as lost sales, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the order concerned, as far as the law allows.
Content and removals
Automatic articles are written by software and carry one link to your page. You are responsible for the page you point at and for any claim your own prompt or finished article makes.
If a publisher takes a placement down early, or a site stops meeting our checks, we will tell you where we can. The remedy is the one in the section above, not a promise of any particular outcome.
Rules for everyone
Do not use the service for illegal goods, hate, malware, scams or content you have no right to. We may refuse an order or close an account that breaks this.
Publishers must own or control the sites they list and approve each placement honestly. Advertisers must own, or have permission to promote, the pages they submit.
Using the API and agents
API keys belong to you. Keep them secret, because anything ordered with your key is your order. An AI agent can build a basket for you, but payment stays a human decision.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms, and the date above will move when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions go through the account page.
