Privacy notice
This notice is written for shop owners and publishers who use LinkiTrade. It says what we hold about you, why, and what you can ask us to do.
Who we are and how to reach us
LinkiTrade runs this website and the marketplace behind it. Questions about your data go through the account page.
What we hold
We keep only what the service needs. That is the account details you give us, your orders and their status, the pages and keywords you submit, your balance and invoice records, and basic technical logs.
Publishers also give us the sites they list, their prices and payout details. Browsing the marketplace with an account creates usage records, such as filters you set and baskets you build.
- Account: email address and sign-in method
- Orders: target URLs, anchor keywords, content mode, status
- Money: balance, top-ups, invoices
- Technical: IP address, device type, error logs
Why we use it
We use your data to run the account, deliver and track placements, issue invoices, prevent abuse and fix faults. We do not sell personal data.
We may email you about orders, payments or changes to these papers. Marketing email is separate and can be switched off.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for card numbers on this site, because balances are topped up in the dashboard through a payment processor. We do not buy lists of store owners, and we do not scrape your shop to sell its details on.
Who else sees it
Donor sites that publish your placement see the target URL and the anchor text, because that is the job. Hosting, email and payment processors handle data on our behalf under their own terms.
We disclose information if the law requires it, and tell you when we are allowed to.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to remember settings. Analytics, where we run it, measures pages and not people. Blocking them is possible. Sign-in then fails, because the session lives in a cookie, and your browser lets you clear them whenever you like.
How long we keep it
We keep account and order data while your account is open. Afterwards we keep only what accounting, tax or dispute rules require. Technical logs and backups are kept only as long as running and securing the service needs. Nothing lingers by design.
Closing your account is simple. Send the request through the account page, and we will tell you what is removed and what must stay.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Send the request through the account page while signed in to the account concerned.
Some records, such as invoices, we must keep for accounting reasons. We will tell you which, and why.
Changes
When we change this notice the date at the top changes too. Material changes are announced by email to account holders.
